Eiyan of Kriev is an original character that I RP with. Please use this entry as a contact post. Dropped tags, plotting, general questions, etc.

General information:

Age: 312 (unnaturally extended life) Apparent Age: Early 30s
Ethnicity:  Ceberi (Cold weather, country/continent.)
Height:  6'1"
Build: little too thin
Hair: deep black
Eyes: deep black

Appearance: Generally pale and sickly looking.

Occupation: Author and master scribe (A type of religious figure, who studies life stories of others and offers spiritual guidance/advice based upon those readings.)

Style of Dress: well maintained middle-class robes. Wears "ink gaurds" - it's an Author thing - black detached sleeves that go over normal clothing, with a small pocket in them. Hair either loose or tied back. (clothing may change depending upon the circumstances.) (In Deme, his clothes are getting more shabby now.)

Personality: He's a nice guy! Loves to be around people and listen to them tell their life stories, but a little evasive about his own past. Cautious, reflective individual.

Skills/Strengths: Writing and calligraphy, replicating documents, book binding and repair, ink and quill making. Being a listening ear and offering advice.

Flaws: Overly-cautious at times. Might be over-inquisitive. Gets caught up in his past on occasion.

Likes: Practicing fancier calligraphy, reading & learning, being social, parties, and good natured people.

Dislikes: Recklessness, unkindness, bigotry. Spicy or bitter foods.

Things to Note:

Affected by a disease called "the black," which turned his hair and eyes the deep black color. He has some joint pain and doesn't feel completely well most of the time, but has occasional full relapses with fever and coughing up an icky black stuff. Generally he can function well enough to get by and doesn't need any special assistance day to day. Since his hair & eyes turned black, he is no longer contagious, so no worries!

He comes from a world that receives it's own "Travelers" from other worlds. As an author who specializes in Travelers, he might have encountered some concepts, like magic or airplanes/flying machines, but his memory/understanding of them are hazy or vague at best. He won't know anything about your specific world or any terms unique to it, though. He's very excited to become a Traveler himself!
